Material, Color & Artwork Notes

You do not need to know the exact material before ordering. Tell us where and how you plan to use the decal, and we will recommend a suitable material based on your application, such as outdoor vinyl, reflective vinyl, label vinyl, or clear protection film.

Please choose or describe your preferred color when placing the order. If you already have a specific material, finish, or effect in mind, you can also include it in your notes.

You can use the upload fields on this product page to send reference images, artwork files, sketches, placement photos, or design examples. If you have multiple files, you may upload them individually or send them together as a ZIP package.

After we review your order details, artwork, color preference, size notes, and intended use, we will prepare a digital proof before production. Production will only start after the proof is reviewed and approved.

What Happens After You Order

If the request requires a custom quote or clarification, we will contact you before production.

Production time varies by order complexity, artwork quality, size, material, and proof approval speed.
Shipping begins after production is complete and the order is handed to the carrier.

Proof & Production Notes

Custom orders are reviewed before production. Some requests may require additional information, artwork adjustments, custom sizing, specialty material review, or a separate quote before production starts.

Production time is not fixed because each custom request is different. Larger sizes, specialty materials, complex artwork, unclear files, multiple proof changes, or delayed approval may require additional time.

We do not begin production until the required order details and proof approval are complete.

We send a digital proof before production so you can confirm text, color, size, and layout details.

Production starts after proof approval.

How to Submit Your Label List

For shorter lists, enter the information directly in the artwork instructions field.

For longer lists, you may upload:

PDF
JPG or JPEG
PNG
ZIP

A typed PDF, spreadsheet screenshot, clear photo, or numbered list can be used for review.

SVG, EPS, AI, or additional files can be sent after ordering by replying to your order confirmation email with your order number.

Please check all names, numbers, email addresses, and spelling carefully before submitting the list.

Digital Proof Process

Add or upload your ID label list.
Complete your order.
We review the submitted information and prepare a digital proof.
Check the spelling, contact details, label count, size, and layout.
Reply with clear written approval or requested changes.
Production begins only after written proof approval.

Two reasonable revision rounds are included before approval.

A completely new layout direction, major scope change, repeated redesign request, unusually long text, mixed complex sizes, or additional production work may require a separate quote or new order.

Label Size and Layout

The amount of text that fits clearly depends on:

Label dimensions
Number of characters
Font size
Capitalization
Layout style
Available surface area

Long information may need to be shortened, divided across lines, or placed on a larger label.

If you need several sizes or layout styles in one pack, explain the requirements in the product page fields. We will show the proposed arrangement in the digital proof.

Contact Information and Privacy

You may include a phone number, email address, equipment ID, or other contact information.

Only include information that you are comfortable displaying on the labeled equipment. Avoid adding sensitive personal information that is not necessary for identification or return purposes.

You are responsible for checking that all submitted contact details are accurate.

Material and Finish

This product uses vinyl intended for clean, dry, smooth hard surfaces.

Available colors and finishes may vary depending on the selected option and project.

Surface condition, preparation, installation, cleaning products, heat, moisture, abrasion, and handling can affect adhesion and appearance.

Surface Compatibility

Suitable surfaces may include:

Avoid applying labels over:

Fabric
Rubber or silicone
Heavy texture
Flexible or frequently bending surfaces
Oil, grease, or residue
Loose or damaged coatings
High-heat areas

Washing and Care

These labels are intended for suitable smooth equipment surfaces, but they are not guaranteed to be dishwasher safe.

Dishwashers, hot water, steam, harsh cleaners, strong solvents, abrasion, and repeated washing can shorten label life.

For bottles or washable equipment:

Allow the adhesive time to settle before washing
Hand washing is generally gentler than machine washing
Avoid prolonged soaking
Avoid scrubbing directly over the label edges
Stop using the label if it begins to lift or become damaged

How to Apply

Clean and dry the surface.
Remove oil, wax, dust, and residue.
Test the position before removing the backing.
Apply slowly from one side to the other.
Press firmly and evenly across the full label.
Press the edges carefully.
Allow the adhesive time to settle before washing or heavy handling.

Artwork and Permission

You must own or have permission to use any artwork, logo, text, name, or design you provide.

We do not reproduce protected or unauthorized content, including:

Outdoor or equipment brand logos
Company or product logos
Sports or event marks
Copyrighted characters
Celebrity images
Artwork with unclear ownership or permission

We can create clean text-based ID labels and simple original layouts without copying protected brand graphics.
