Refund policy

This policy applies to AI Sticker Studio and other custom Rider Decal Studio products.

Custom Product Policy

Most products are custom-made for each order. Approved custom products are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges. Manufacturing defects, printing errors, production errors and shipping damage are handled through the photo-evidence claim process below.

Cancellation Before Approval

You may request cancellation before the required design or proof approval and before production starts. If a required proof response has not been received after 7 days, the order is paused and may be cancelled under this policy before production. Any refund is handled under this policy; no automatic refund is promised.

Cancellation After Approval

Once a custom order is approved and production has started, cancellation is limited because materials and production work may already be committed.

Customer-Approved Details

If the final product matches the approved design or proof, customer-approved spelling, sizing, layout, color direction or artwork errors are not generally refundable.

Manufacturing, Printing or Production Errors

If a custom product has a manufacturing defect, printing error, or does not match the approved design or proof because of a production error, contact support@riderdecalstudio.com with the order number, clear product photos and a short description. We review the photo evidence. An approved claim receives a replacement or refund. The customer is not required to return the defective custom product to China.

Shipping Damage

If a custom product arrives damaged, contact us with the order number, packaging photos, product photos and a short description. We review the photo evidence. An approved shipping-damage claim receives a replacement or refund. The customer is not required to return the damaged custom product to China.

Artwork Rejection

We may decline protected or unauthorized artwork before production. We can help with an original layout, accept authorized replacement artwork or cancel before production.
