Custom decals, labels, reflective kits, and protection film are made after we review your order details and prepare a digital proof. You can enter customization details and upload supported files directly on the product page. We use email to send your proof and to receive any additional files after checkout.
1. Choose Your Product
Choose the product that best fits your project, such as:

Use Custom Decal Request for original decal ideas that do not fit one of the listed product formats.
Select the available pack size, color, finish, or other options shown on the product page.
2. Add Your Customization Details
Use the fields on the product page to provide any relevant information, including:
- Custom text or name
- Number
- Preferred color
- Size or placement notes
- Artwork or layout instructions
You can also explain where the decal or label will be used and provide any details that may help us understand the project.
3. Upload Artwork or Reference Files
You can upload JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, or ZIP files directly with your order.
Helpful files may include:
- Finished artwork
- Simple sketches
- Layout references
- Old decal photos
- Placement photos
- Measurements or size references
- Longer text or label lists
If you need to send SVG, EPS, AI, or additional files after ordering, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and attachments.
You must own or have permission to use any artwork, logo, text, or design you provide.
4. Receive a Free Digital Proof
After we receive your order details and files, we prepare a digital proof and send it by email.
The proof allows you to review:
- Text and spelling
- Color direction
- Size
- Layout
- Placement notes
- Artwork details
Production does not begin before the proof is approved.
5. Review the Proof
Please review every detail carefully.
Screen colors may vary slightly from the final material, but the proof shows the intended production layout, text, sizing, and general color direction.
If anything needs to be changed, reply to the proof email with a clear list of edits.
6. Approve or Request Changes
When everything looks correct, reply to the proof email with:
Approved for production.
Two reasonable revision rounds are included before approval.
A completely new design direction, major scope change, or repeated redesign request may require a new order or a separate quote.
7. Production Starts After Written Approval
Production begins only after we receive clear written approval by email.
We do not begin production based on vague replies, incomplete instructions, or unconfirmed messages.
Once production has started, cancellation options may be limited because materials and production work may already have been committed to the order.
8. Your Order Ships
After production is complete, the order is packed and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Application guidance may be included when relevant. Tracking information is provided when available.
Production and shipping times can vary depending on the project, artwork, quantity, materials, destination, and proof revision needs.
Artwork Policy
We do not reproduce protected or unauthorized content, including:
- Vehicle or motorcycle brand marks
- Company or product logos
- Sports team or event marks
- Copyrighted characters
- Celebrity images
- Artwork with unclear ownership or permission
If submitted artwork cannot be produced, we may ask for authorized replacement artwork, help create a clean original layout based on your text and preferences, or cancel the order before production begins.
