Shipping Area

Phase 1 shipping is United States only. We are not offering international shipping during this phase.

Shipping Rate

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.99.

Orders over $49 ship free.

Proof, Production, and Shipping Timing

Custom orders require proof approval before production starts. Production does not start at initial order placement.

The basic flow is:

1. You place your order.
2. You send required text, artwork, measurements, or notes.
3. We send a free digital proof by email.
4. You approve the proof in writing.
5. Production starts.
6. Your order ships after production.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when available. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation through Shopify.

Address Accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, holiday volume, address issues, and cross-border fulfillment conditions can affect delivery timing. We will share tracking when available and support reasonable order questions by email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number, photos if relevant, and a short description of the issue.
