A digital proof is a preview of your custom layout before production. It helps you review text, sizing, color direction, placement, and artwork details.
How Proofs Are Sent
Proofs are sent by email after we receive the required order details, text, artwork, or measurements.
What You Should Review
Before approving, check:
- Spelling
- Size
- Color
- Layout
- Placement notes
- Artwork details
- Product option accuracy
How to Approve
Production starts only after written approval by email.
To approve, reply to the proof email with "Approved for production" or another clear written approval.
Revisions
Two reasonable revision rounds are included before approval. Reasonable revisions include spelling corrections, layout adjustments, size adjustments, and color changes.
A completely new concept, new artwork direction, or repeated redesign request may require a new order or manual quote.
After Approval
After written approval, your order moves into production. Cancellation is limited once production starts.
Color and Screen Variation
Screen colors can vary from final material color. The proof represents layout and production direction, but slight color variation can occur.
Artwork Rights
You must own the rights or have permission to use any artwork you send. We may decline artwork that includes protected logos, vehicle brand marks, motorcycle brand marks, team marks, event marks, character art, celebrity images, or unclear third-party ownership.
Delayed Approval
If a proof is not approved, production cannot start. Delayed approval may delay production and shipping.
