The AI Sticker Studio includes design review and selection before specifications. Some orders may also require a separate digital proof before production.

Review the completed AI options and select the exact design you want. Choosing a style is not the same as selecting a completed design.
What Is a Digital Proof?
A digital proof is a preview of the custom production layout. It helps you review text, sizing, color direction, placement and artwork details.
What You Should Review
Check spelling, size, color direction, layout, placement notes, artwork details and product option accuracy.
How to Approve
Production starts only after the required written approval. Reply to the proof email with "Approved for production" or another clear written approval.
Revisions
If a change is required, we will contact you before production. Revision availability is not guaranteed. A new concept or artwork direction may require a new order or manual quote.
After Approval
After written approval, the order moves into production. Cancellation is limited once production starts.
Color and Screen Variation
Screen colors can vary from final material color. A proof represents layout and production direction, but slight color variation can occur.
Artwork Rights
You must own the rights or have permission to use submitted artwork. We may decline protected logos, brand marks, team marks, event marks, character art, celebrity images or unclear third-party content.
Delayed Approval
Production cannot start without required approval. If a required proof response has not been received after 3 days, we send a reminder. After 7 days without the required response, the order is paused and may be cancelled under our Refund Policy. Production does not proceed while the order is paused awaiting required approval. This does not create an automatic refund promise. All paid orders are reviewed before production.
