You do not need to know the exact material before ordering. Tell us where and how you plan to use the decal, and we will recommend a suitable material based on your application, such as outdoor vinyl, reflective vinyl, label vinyl, or clear protection film.

Please choose or describe your preferred color when placing the order. If you already have a specific material, finish, or effect in mind, you can also include it in your notes.

You can use the upload fields on this product page to send reference images, artwork files, sketches, placement photos, or design examples. If you have multiple files, you may upload them individually or send them together as a ZIP package.

After we review your order details, artwork, color preference, size notes, and intended use, we will prepare a digital proof before production. Production will only start after the proof is reviewed and approved.

Proof & Production Notes

Custom orders are reviewed before production. Some requests may require additional information, artwork adjustments, custom sizing, specialty material review, or a separate quote before production starts.

Production time is not fixed because each custom request is different. Larger sizes, specialty materials, complex artwork, unclear files, multiple proof changes, or delayed approval may require additional time.

We do not begin production until the required order details and proof approval are complete.

We send a digital proof before production so you can confirm text, color, size, and layout details.

Digital Proof Process

Complete your order.
We review the submitted information and prepare a digital proof.
Review the text, piece layout, size, color direction, and placement.
Reply with clear written approval or requested changes.
Production begins only after written proof approval.

Two reasonable revision rounds are included before approval. A completely new design direction, major scope change, or repeated redesign request may require a separate quote or new order.

Luggage Fit and Placement

Luggage surfaces vary by shape, curve, seam, panel design, texture, coating, and available flat space.

The digital proof shows the proposed layout direction, but it does not guarantee that every piece shape will fit every bag, box, or case surface exactly the same way.

Upload clear photos and approximate measurements when:

The case has strong curves or ridges
The available panel area is narrow
The surface has seams or raised edges
You are ordering for multiple luggage models
You are unsure about usable placement space

We may recommend adjusting the shape, size, or placement before production.

Reflective Material

Reflective film returns light toward a light source. Its appearance can change depending on lighting, viewing angle, color, surface, and distance.

It may look more subdued in ordinary lighting and become more noticeable when direct light reaches it.

Reflective decals are accessory products. They do not replace:

Required lights
Legally required reflectors
Visibility gear
Protective equipment
Responsible riding practices

They do not guarantee visibility or accident prevention.

Surface Compatibility

Apply only to clean, dry, smooth, stable surfaces.

Suitable surfaces may include:

Hard pannier panels
Top case panels
Hard-shell luggage cases
Painted or smooth plastic box surfaces
Some smooth coated luggage panels

Do not apply over:

Fabric
Loose or flexible textured materials
Rubberized coatings
Oily or contaminated surfaces
Damaged or peeling surfaces
Heavy texture
Moving closures or hinges
High-heat areas

Soft bags may only be suitable when they have a smooth coated panel area. Standard fabric surfaces are generally not ideal for adhesive reflective pieces.

How to Apply

Clean and dry the surface.
Remove oil, wax, dust, and residue.
Test the position of every piece before removing the backing.
Compare the placement with the approved proof.
Apply each piece slowly.
Press evenly from the center outward with a soft card or suitable squeegee.
Allow the adhesive time to settle before washing or heavy handling.

Artwork and Permission

You must own or have permission to use any artwork, logo, text, name, or design you provide.

We do not reproduce protected or unauthorized content, including:

Vehicle or motorcycle brand marks
Company or product logos
Racing or event marks
Sports team marks
Copyrighted characters
Celebrity images
Artwork with unclear ownership or permission

If submitted artwork cannot be produced, we may request authorized replacement artwork, help create a clean original layout, or cancel the order before production begins.
